Every quotation, order and agreement of Carrier2 is subject to our general terms and conditions. This page lists the documents that apply, which version is in force, and where to download each one. Nothing here replaces a signed agreement: where a master agreement has been signed, that agreement and its annexes come first, and these terms apply in addition.

The euro edition and the US dollar edition of the general terms and conditions are the same text; they differ only in the currency in which amounts are expressed. Which of the two applies follows from the currency of your agreement.
Service Level Agreement
The Service Level Agreement is not a stand-alone document. It is incorporated as an annex to the service plan agreement and forms an integral part of it, and it is supplied together with that agreement. If you need a copy of the SLA that applies to your services, please contact us and we will send you the edition that belongs to your agreement.

Version history of the general terms and conditions
A new version never takes effect on the day it is published. Until a new version enters into force, the previous one continues to apply in full. The version published on this page is always the most recent one. Earlier versions are kept available so that it can always be established which text applied at a given time.
