Have insight in Call Detail Records
It is important to have insight into the Call Detail Records, or CDR’s, of your customers. If you have your own platform, you already receive CDR’s from your customers, but Carrier2 also provides you with a CDR file. You can view those once a month inside the Carrier2 portal. Log in via this link. Then go to Invoices > Open invoices. Here you will see an overview of all your invoices, sorted by invoice number. If a CDR file belongs to your invoice, you can view it by going to the right side to “CDR file”. To download an example of a CDR that is provided by Carrier2, click here.
In the CDR file, you can find all details of the calls made by your customers. Such as the total duration of the calls and call rates. We also made an overview of all the definitions of the fields that are included in the CDR. Click here to view that.
When you are using the Carrier2 Cloud Reseller platform, you need to go to Reports > Call Detail Records > Customer to get insight into the CDRs of your customer.
